The Farm Store carries not only our local goods, but neighboring farms. In this charming building, once the founding family's corn crib, you will find farm fresh eggs, butter, local honey and meats, dairy, lavender from our farm, soaps and candles and a variety of supplies. We invite you to stop in, purchase some critter feed and go feed our animals who will be waiting at the fence for a pet and a snack!
The Farmstay B&B welcomes weekend guests on Friday or Saturday and offer spacious and luxurious accommodations upstairs. Breakfast is served in the parlor downstairs and is made-to-order.
As a guest of the Farm, you are invited to help around the farm with small chores or just use us as a home base while you explore Greensboro!
We offer wi-fi, microwave, frig and coffee maker in each room. Use the Contact Us button to make your reservation.
Our petting zoo is free every weekend for you to pet and feed our animals through the fence or barn windows. If you really want an up close and interactive experience, we charge a small fee for you to go inside our barnyard and enjoy the animals in their environment. We call this our "Animal Therapy" and we think you'll enjoy the experience of being surrounded by animals who are as curious about you as you are them!
No appt. needed for this activity!
Our Lavender Harvest is the last week in June through the second week in July. During this time, we allow the public to come out and enjoy the aromatic joy of cutting lavender stems and putting them in a provided jar. This event is for a limited time, and a limited number of jars are available so watch for our Event on our Facebook page @BrookhavenMillFarm around mid-June!
Have your wedding at our Farm! We have a beautiful park-like setting with sidewalks, a gazebo and plenty of room for your guests to park. It can be as intimate a ceremony or up to 200 people. We provide the venue and can recommend wedding professionals for assistance with all the rest!
We offer Farm Tours for a small fee that allows visitors inside our barnyard and a walking tour of the Farm. Reservations are needed and tour lasts approximately 30 minutes. We begin at the Farm Store, walk through the Barnyard and interact with the animals, and walk over to the Poultry Pen, check for eggs, and end up back at the Farm Store.
